Attention Students- Don’t forget to get those non-perishable food turned in to your character strong teacher. The class with the most food will be awarded a donut and juice party. There will also be a chance to win rec center punch cards.
Snow Bliss Formal- will be held on Dec. 2nd from 8-11. There will be a live DJ, hot coco, and cookies. Tickets will be $10 for a single and $15. Tickets will be available with Ms. Wrigley or Ms. Morgan. Please make sure if you plan to take a guest that does not attend RHS you must have a guest pass. This is a formal event so make sure to dress up and look sharp
Key Club- There will be a meeting Friday in Ms. Pelham’s room 713 at lunchtime. Bring your own lunch and be ready to discuss the hat sale. New members are still welcome to join
R-Club- There will be a meeting today in room #122. Please bring $3 for pizza. See you there
Volleyball- The awards banquet will be held tonight at 6:00 in the library
Boys Basketball- There will be open gym tonight from 4–6
Yearbooks- Now is the time to purchase your yearbooks. These can be purchased on the Rawlins High School website

Announcement April 23th, 2024
Attention Students- If operating heavy machinery or other aspects of engineering interest you, Ms. Helm will be taking a group of kids to participate in a heavy civil engineering day in Casper. Students will learn about civil engineering and have the opportunity to operate several pieces of heavy equipment. Please see Ms. Helm to obtain a permission slip and be put on the list to go.
Attention Juniors and Seniors- Sign up for the June ACT will be in the main office
Attention Students- R-Club will be hosting the Mr. Outlaw Pageant tonight starting at 7:00. Come cheer on your favorite contestant and support the R-club
Key Club- There will be a meeting this Friday at lunch in Dr. Pelham’s classroom.
Attention Students: Next Monday April 29th, FBLA will be sponsoring Student Appreciation Day. Each student’s name will be written on a letter and place throughout the school. Seniors will be the letter “F”, Juniors will be the letter “B”, Sophomores will be the letter “L” and Freshman will be the letter “A”. Students are to get together with classmates from each grade level to spell out FBLA and then go to Ms. Jenning’s room #705 with their letters to receive a prize. You must be part of a group of 4 to receive prizes. No prizes if you come alone and no prizes will be awarded during class time, only before school and between classes.
Seniors- we must have your senior pictures, baby pictures and your quotes to Dr. Pelham by Friday. We are still missing quite a few
Attention- For those participating in the fly rod building class this Friday and Saturday, please stop by Mr. Grant’s room today after school for a super quick meeting. If you can’t make this meeting, make sure to talk to Mr. Grant at some point today

South Big Horn Music Performance Assessment Update
The RHS Outlaw concert band performed exceptionally well and received Excellent ratings from the judges.
Jazzco received an Excellent and a Suprior and Symphonic Choir received Excellent ratings from the judges.
We had several folks participate in the Instrumental Solo and Small ensemble Music Performance Assessment:
Goldi Clark received an Excellent rating on her Trumpet solo
Peyten Roberts received an Excellent rating on his Snare Drum solo
Bri Laird, Landon Brinkerhoff, Caleb Robinson, Evan Robinson, and Ayden Iliff performed a Low Brass Quintet and received an Excellent rating.
Alyssa Kingery received a Superior rating on her Clarinet Solo
Colton Daniels received a Superior rating on his Xylophone solo

Tickets are being sold in the athletic office. $35 for a couple and $20 for a single. Also there will be a movie following the dance. The movie options are Civil War, Epic Tails, The Omen.
